Boysen uses strategic foresight to help prepare clients for a future that will shape and be shaped by our youngest generation. She is the founder of After the Millennials, a consulting service dedicated to building knowledge around next generation issues and important future trends.

She’s noted that a new generational zeitgeist emerges when younger groups interact with changes in their communities and cultures. Using generational foresight, we can identify pivot points and forecast changes.
